Sinigang is a classic Filipino soup that is essentially a one pot meal. It’s a good amount of tender meat in it, but its also full of lots of vegetables. The broth takes on the flavor of the meat and the vegetables, of course, but its primary flavor come from sour tamarind.

Ingredients:
1 lb pork ribs
2 tomato
1 small onion
garlic
salt / pepper for taste
1 pork cube
1 medium white raddish
1 bunch of string beans
1 bunch kangkong
1 big eggplant
1/2 okra
1 sachet tamarind powder

  1. I wish the asian vegetables here in germany are not too expensive. To cook with full ingredients will cost around 20€
