That’s almost 1:1 what our boss wants to introduce in the bar I work at. The thing is, beef roulade, potato dumplings and red cabbage are the traditional Silesian dinner, so, for a bar in the middle of the region’s capital, that would be a nice novelty dish. Doesn’t sound bad tbh. Needs more pickles though
