My second brisket ever at home. My first one was just okay.. this one was so perfect. I’ve been practicing a lot and have improved my smoking so much this year 😊

Looks great, congrats. My only comment is try trimming the fat cap down to 1/4”, unless of course you like a thick fat cap then go nuts!
