I’m gonna give you my cheat code for the best stew ever. McCormick beef stew seasoning. I use that and I never have any left. I usually flour and sear my meat before cooking everything, but it’s my go to.

Next time add a good glug of red wine, some tomato paste, whole cloves of garlic, and chicken broth. Maybe a can of tomato puree.
