  1. My favorite high-volume meal: Egg Roll in a Bowl. This version includes:

    85% lean ground turkey, garlic, a bag of shredded cabbage / slaw mix, soy sauce, ground ginger, egg, sesame oil, and sriracha. I ate 1/3 of the completed dish (my portion is what’s pictured here) and it came out to 437 calories and 29g protein.

    This could have fewer cals if you use a leaner meat, a little less sesame oil, and could be bulked up with zucchini noodles, palmini, cauli rice, mushrooms, etc.
