    I like the dill, but maybe add a bit of citrus to the balsamic to brighten up the flavors? Seems like it might be a bit too earthy…

  7. First: totally love the plating. That said, I think it needs something crunchy to give it that ‘je-ne-sais-quoi’-mouth-feel. Try to balance it. Good work!
