I’m a big Claire Saffitz fan, but I wasn’t crazy about this recipe tbh. Felt like it was doing too much. I’d much rather get the chive and sour cream flavor from some butter or mashed potatoes.
Definitely was an unpopular opinion though. Everyone else at dinner liked them.
