Theo Freddura is back at it again cheffing up Daily Catch classics at his home in LA! Today he cooked up the Broiled Haddock Chef Kit, complete with all the ingredients to make one of our most popular menu items at home. Best part is, it takes less than 15 minutes and even less cooking skill to execute, it really is that simple!

We had lots of fun and wanted to try something different so lit up the @oonihq for a wood fired “broiled” haddock. If only you could smell those delicious wood, garlic, and and fresh fish aromas 😋 🦑

About The Daily Catch: Founded in 1973 by Paul Freddura, son of Sicilian immigrants, who learned about the seafood business from old-timers on the docks of Boston’s Fish Pier.
