I was with everything until the sour cream. Now let me say, I am an avid believer in buffalo chicken pizza. And have often found it best at its simplest: Buffalo. Chicken. Cheese.
That being said, I love blue cheese. And occasionally put it on my own homemade pizzas. I love green onion as a garnish on so many things. Red onion does add a pop of color, crunch and flavor that works well with buffalo (banana pepper has been the only other vegetable I feel is a great compliment to the tangy flavor of buffalo sauce).
But the more I think about it…why not add sour cream?! I will be trying this at home as soon as next week!
What kind of blue cheese? Bottled dressing? Homemade? Fresh crumbled? I usually use a block of roquefort or a local smokehaus bleu.

Trader Joe’s crumbled blue cheese is just fine!
