We made a couple different boards for an event today. Charcuterie, veggie and dessert! I sawed all the cedar slabs myself, sanded them and put a few coats of finish on them!

im curious, as the chef making these boards, how much are you snacking on them as youre preparing them? or when the event ends and youre taking the remaining back, do you eat anything that remains or down the garbage they go?

  3. I had high hopes for the second picture, yet no board has a ramp.

    Very good boards $700^3

What are the Dips? I do love a bit of crunchy cauliflower. Cauliflower should be more present in every menu

So much square cheese! Can’t you do the different types in squares, triangles and sticks. Plus those types of 2-3 bite squares are not the way to help cheese taste it’s best.

I’m nitpicking, but your board will be a lot nicer looking too instead of grocery store vibes.

And the dessert boards? I’m sure you had a plan, but it looks willy nilly like you just threw handfuls wherever. Try stacking by type and keep it clean instead of artsy. Get artsy with your cheese instead!!
