To calculate BU, we need to take into account carbohydrates from vegetables and other ingredients:
1 bread unit (BU) equals 12 g of carbohydrates.

• Eggplants: 50 g carbohydrates
• Tomatoes: 32 g carbohydrates
• Minced pork: 0 g carbohydrates
• Onion: 10 g carbohydrates
