This was so much fun to make! Since there was a lot of money invested in a new business, my friend is balling on a budget so majority of the food came from Aldi. The crisontinis have a goat cheese base with a honey and fig jam, topped with a cranberry chutney and a balsamic reduction. Next to them I had a bit of rye toast, with a roasted garlic cream cheese spread and a watermelon radish.
I provided 3 different ranch dips, chipotle ranch, garlic ranch and classic ranch.
The pumpkins have sweet dips for fruit and crackers, cinnamon cream cheese and a pumpkin dip.
The cinnamon apple crumb muffins in the back I also made.
The beverage station I quickly set up as well and provided my host with complementry water and ice (for his wine he brought) and I also made a delicious fall themed punch with apple cider, cranberry juice, orange seltzer, ginger ale, marichino cherries, apples and oranges.
Please be kind. I put a ton of work into this and am still new to making these charcuterie tables but I absolutely love doing it.
