Baker here. Personal/professional opinion, no large mixer should be above this level. Kitchen aids on regular tables, everything else below. That post boiled my blood a bit.
Btw I am the 3rd tallest employee in this kitchen. I'm 5'2.

Well yeah, but this takes almost all the potential for injury away. Haven’t you heard of no risk, no reward?

I’ve been asking for a lower surface for the food processor for literal years.

Goddamn, do you work in the kitchen that invented the everlasting gobstopper?

Yeah here’s the thing. I’m 6’4″. That height would fucking suck for me.

I’m 6’2, I’m gonna need a taller table…..

I’m still gonna put my arm in it

This is the height we have ours at. Im 6’2 and the cutting board height mixer in the previous post looked dangerous as hell.
Though our mixer has the guard on it..

This was my suggestion to that guy too. I also recommended just putting the damn thing on the ground while they sorted that mess out.

“What it’s this a table for ants?”

Holy shit. We have this same model at my spot. I thought it was just some janky fix that the on/off switch is an actual light switch. Apparently that’s just how they were made.
I’m 5’3″ and the shortest person in my kitchen. This is about the height that our Hobart of this size is sitting at as well. (We also have a big Hobart that lives on the floor.

this is relieving to see after the last one.

No professional grade mixer should be at chest level.

Do you work in the Shire?

Can you put a ruler or something next to this so we have an accurate idea of how high or low this is? According to general regulations about outlets, that one behind the mixer is 15 inches from the floor. Give us some context.
