  1. Beautiful shells! To fix that split buttercream (most likely from ingredients not all being room temp) just dip the bottom of the mixing bowl in a bowl of hot water for a few seconds at a time while mixing. Just be careful to not go too far and melt the butter. The emulsion should come back together quickly.
