I had this sort of Melon Pan in Kyoto Station but I remember it was very different from the regular Melon Pan with a crusty layer we usually see in Japan. It was green, soft and it had a melon custard filling. I wonder what kind of Melon Pan is that? Or if it's a Melon Pan at all? I tried looking up for a recipe but I couldn't find the name of this variation.

It is just a melon pan with melon cream inside. Pretty sure they sell this at Family Mart? I’ve forgotten which convenience store unfortunately.
