Here is my Christmas Eve/New Year’s charcuterie board. It’s got grapes, sopresata, speck, pita crackers, smoked Gouda, Manchego, chèvre, pickles, a baguette, and marcona almonds.

As I said in the topic name, I’m looking to fill in the white space here. The only change I’ll make is to swap the regular pickles for cornichon. What would folks add to this board in terms of maybe sweet things or meats?

  1. Maybe-chocolate covered something, rosemary sprigs (make for nice filler)

You just need some small plain cookies and chocolates. Maybe dried apricots.

EDIT: Shortbread cookies go great with Brie

Cranberries would look lovely and Christmasy

Rosemary sprigs for festiveness, maybe some fresh fruits, and you can put dips in small tiny bowls (that will help take up space too, plus it’s easier for guests to use).

More meat, brie, some more bread/cracker options, dips like honey/jam/preserves, pickled or fresh veggies, fruits, nuts

I’d add green grapes also. Something sweet, maybe some kind of Christmas chocolates. Maybe little gingerbread or ginger snap cookies. Cranberries, oranges, rosemary sprigs. Maybe add a soft spreadable. I do Tomato basil skewers and strawberry feta skewers
