  1. Sounds tasty. But, try to get some vegetables in your diet. Otherwise, you are missing important vitamins, minerals, and fibre.

  2. Was about to say the same. If it’s your only meal, make sure you give your body everything it needs or it won’t last. For me, spreading my calories throughout the day means that I can fit in something fun but also loads of lean protein and veggies to balance it out.

    Looks tasty for an occasional day, but definitely lacking in a lot of vitamins and nutrients and looks to be about 40 grams protein max. If your goal is losing weight, you would be better served to have at least 80 grams protein to help preserve lean body mass. You’ve heard of skinny fat, right? That can happen when people lose weight but keep a similar overall body fat %, meaning they lose lean mass along with fat at a higher than desired rate.
