I worked in a deli for a decade, and converted so many people to Lebanon bologna. Such an underrated lunch meat. I appreciate this unconventional sandwich construction, but I do prefer my bologna thinly sliced.

I’m intrigued by your layering technique. I’ve never thought to intersperse different ingredients together like that, but I really want to try it now. I’m all about the contrasts of flavors and textures in food. Thanks!
