breakdown of ingredients on slide 2. I love this recipe because it is super customizable. I ate this like 3x times a week for a year straight and it never disappoints. I usually do anywhere between 30g-40g of rolled oats to 80-120g of frozen cauliflower rice. Cover generously with water (a little over the cauliflower rice and oats) and microwave for 3-4 min stir and go for another 1-2 until most water is absorbed. Add in your protein powder (I use whey/casein blend and find it absorbs excess moisture and doesn’t get clumpy even when oats are hot), Greek yogurt, sweetener of choice and mix then add toppings of choice 🙂
