Have you tried putting your dutch oven on a cookie sheet when baking your loaf. This was a game changer for me. No more dark bottom on my loaves. 😊

Loved the Turkey like it was but it was beautiful with the gold and rub and buff too. The bread was also beautiful and would have made a nice centerpiece also. Making it look like a pumpkin was very creative. Good to know that cottage cheese works with lasagna because back when toulet paper was hard to find, so was Ricotti cheese for making lasagna. Nice video!

I learned that adding a teaspoon or so of baking soda right at the end (last 5 or so minutes) to the tomato sauce helps take that sharp acidity out of the it and gives a hint of sweetness!
