


Recipe is Butter Bread from Ken Forkish's Evolutions In Bread. It was the second loaf made in my new oven, after not being able to bake in the broken oven for over six months. I am sooo thrilled with the crumb, smell, taste and texture. My husband said it was just okay, but he isn't carb-obsessed like me, so I needed to share my delight with people who get me.
