Mix of whole chickpeas, plain hummus, pepper+salt, garlic powder, and basil. Tofu dipped in soy sauce and coated in nooch, baked until slightly crispy. Spinach, sauteed peppers+onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. Wrapped, toasted, cut in half, and served with salt+vinegar kettle chips. Usually I also add shredded carrots.
