Her prep times are wildly off (or maybe I’m just a slow cook) but the effort is always, always worth it and her spice profiles are immaculate.

   I make a Carlsbad recipe at least once a week, she’s got a ton of good ones!

   We’re windy here, too! I didn’t dare start cooking in case the power went out haha so I prepped all my veggies to make a proper savoury pie tomorrow.
