    And the beauty of onion is, no matter how it’s cooked , it’s perfect with beef! Caramelized, lightly sautéed (as shown here) or even raw, they all taste great with a steak.

    I like my onions way more cooked than that, and smaller too. Crust on the steak is nice, but no cross section? Onion/10
