Made French onion bacon Mac n cheese today to pass the time and keep my nerves calm. I am pretty new to cooking in general and have never made anything this ambitious.
First time I (39f) carmelized onions. How’d I do? I used 6 big ass yellow onions for this recipe lol

Did you just caramelize the onions and then add them to top of the mac before baking? Anything else?
