Recipe

550-600 g. cooked beans jar
1 onion
1 carrot
1 red bell pepper
2 gloves of garlic
2 chopped small tomatoes
25-30 g. dehydrated mushrooms (soak to rehydrate mushrooms for 20 min. in lukewarm water, if you are in a hurry soak them in warm water, it would get quicker). Any type of dried mushrooms will do: shiitake, morels, black wood ear.
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons samardala salt (if not available in your country use sea salt)
2 teaspoons spearmint
20-30 ml. olive or avocado oil

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 30-35 min., for the first 10 min you can use foil and then remove it. Delicious meal that will serve 2-3 people. If you cook for more people double the ingredients.
