* 4 1/4 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted * 3 oz Dark chocolate 60% or 70% * 5 1/2 tbsp White Granulated Sugar * 3 each Whole Egg room temprature * 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt * 1/3 cup Walnuts or your favorite nut * 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

1. Melt butter and chocolate, then mix in sugar, eggs, and salt. 2. Stir in flour and fold in walnuts. 3. Pour batter into jars, seal, and sous vide at 196°F for 20 minutes. 4. Cool, then enjoy the fudgy brownies!
