That dough looks like it has more water than a usual bagel formula. What was the hydration level (% of water to flour)?

Made this recipe recently, my kids absolutely loved them. I found they were a bit smaller than bagels you would buy at a store. Might have just been something I did though, it was my first attempt. I might make 6 next time instead of 8
