Total weight: 721 grams
COOKED Fettuccine: 294 grams (listed as 120 because I can’t find a cooked variant in my net diary, 1:2.45614 ratio). I measured the spaghetti FIRST.
The rest of it totaled up to 412 grams, I had to estimate the weight of everything based on how much I saw.
5 Meatballs: SHOULD be 142 grams
1.3 Sausage: This was harder, I estimated ~1 1/3 of a sausage which SHOULD be 101g
Peppers: Guesstimated about 2 peppers which should be 57g
Mozzarella: 15g
Tomato sauce: subtracted the remainder, 112 grams
I mainly want to know what kind of adjustments I might need to make for my measuring and if 1300 is enough. I didn’t make this so I couldn’t pick it apart as thoroughly as I’d like
