

I got this from a too good to go box, so I'm not exactly too sure of what each dish is. I didn't eat the rice.
I'm still trying to get counting right, and I'm estimating 450 calories?
Sautéed vegetables: 100 cal
Pork (maybe char siu? About 30-40g forgot to measure but based on the other 2 pieces): 100 cal
BBQ chicken wing(? Just a part of it, but it was mostly skin/cartilage): 100 cal
Chicken & Broccoli (only broccoli and sauce): 150 cal

Yeah, that sounds about right. I use TooGoodToGo as well, lol (makes counting a little tricky).
