I’d avoid the first one even just for the jewelery perfume bs going on, but from a quick google search it seems first and second are from the same manufacturer (Barbera) so it really just depends on the price per liter. In Italy the perfume bottle goes for just above 20€ (which is expensive).

All of the above are extra virgin olive oil from same company

The first evoo is produced by a single variety, this tends to give a distinct flavour to the evoo, so it depends if you like that type of flavour. The olives are from Italy, but might come from different areas. The fancy bottle will make it very expensive, without increasing the quality of the evoo.
The second evoo is produced in EU and with olives coming from different countries (not just EU). The fact that the olives are not Italian doesn’t make it automatically bad. This is the average evoo you would find in a supermarket. It is probably the cheapest of the three.
The last one is a IGP, ie produced in a specific area, but with olives coming from other regions (or even countries).
I would go for number 2. Considering that 2 and 3 are by the same producer and you liked 3. Number 1 absolutely no, because you mainly pay for the fancy bottle and not the content.
Just double check that 2 is actual 100% evoo, because the labeling is regulated, and the production process standardised for all evoos in EU, independently from the location and the origin of the olives.
