Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate (99% from naturalia is not bitter at all, otherwise 85% chocolate)
40g salted butter
7 tablespoons stevia for pastries (or any sweetener you love)
4 eggs
60g almond flour
250g mascarpone
Keto vanilla extract

1- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter.
2- Add the sweetener of your choice
3- add the eggs
4- add the almond powder
Mix well!
5- add the mascarpone
Mix well again!

20min at 180 degrees!

    It looks really good! Question though, does it taste grainy? Because that happens to me sometimes when baking with almond flour. But this seems so little so maybe it doesn’t?
