Here’s my new favorite meal i wanted to share!
For the ,,dough“ just mix 3 egg whites, 70g light cheese and magerquark – it’s a dairy product that’s not that super available in the us, but some stores have it iirc. But it’s pretty expensive in the us. Substitute could be Greek yoghurt I guess
Spread on the pan and bake at 180° Celsius for 20-25 mins.
Filling today was lean ground beef, onions and red peppers spiced with salt, cumin and herbs of Provence and also some fresh cabbage.
Really big and tasty meal.
One could cut calories further by filling with vegetables only or chicken breast instead of beef.
