Just developed this high protein salmon toast recipe and wanted to share it with you guys. It’s nice because you could prep the ingredients ahead of time then assemble super quick throughout the week.
Ingredients needed:
Sourdough bread
Cream cheese (add in 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 cup chopped scallion, salt, and pepper)
Poached eggs (cook ahead of time)
Smoked salmon
cornichons
Capers
Red onion
Tomato slices
