So the chicken wings weigh 419 grams with the plate zeroed out, packaging says 112 grams is 190 calories and 18 grams of protein, I inserted this in the my fitness app and submitted the measurement of 419 grams and it gives me the estimated amount of calories and protein with the specific weight, i also measure the wings after I cook them since I believe they have a lot of water when they are frozen thus making it heavier then it should be (is this right?) just want to make sure if I’m doing all this measuring correct

I would weight them frozen and then once I cook them and eat them I would reweigh the bones and minus that from the first total. This will find the edible portion of calories.
You always measure food the way it came. So always measure chicken before cooking just like you would pasta or rice.
Also, it’s edible portions only. So you would subtract the bones from the calories.
