    I knew a line cook who used to roll scallion joints. Green for paper and white for filter. He’d dehydrate the green a bit but leave the white fresh. It was 20 years ago but I can still taste how the white was sort of caramelized toward the end.

    You’d have to soak the onion skin before you rolled it or it would shatter. Even then you’d have to roll it perfectly and make sure it kept its shape while you dry it back out. EVEN THEN it burns too quickly for an enjoyable experience and you just end up wasting 5 bucks of great weed you haven’t found again. Stupid ass.

    (I definitely didn’t try this a couple months ago.)
