Season 3, Episode 2
Gordon visits Flamangos in rural Whitehouse, New Jersey. Mother and daughter owners Adele and Cheryl are stuck in their tropical ways but their restaurant is far from paradise. They are in deep financial trouble and Adele struggles to get on with her staff, is disappointed by her chef and hates Gordon with a passion. Gordon has one last chance to bring them all around and make the restaurant a success.

Gordon visits Bazzini restaurant in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Owner Paul Bazzini was an award-winning chef in New York who decided to run his own restaurant but he never realised how difficult the change would be. Now, he finds everyday tasks overwhelming and his passion for food is in danger of being extinguished by the daily grind. However, passion isn’t the only problem in this failing restaurant.
