Black Olive peppers. Some are starting to ripen and turn red. I’m curious on how they taste and how to use them.

    I have something very simular if not the same called peruvian purple.
    I was very excited to taste how they was, but unfurtnately i kinda was disappointed.

    They dont got a lot of taste and there is basically no meat to the pepper.
    They have a little heat tho.

    I was told they were great to pickle , but kinda decided not to because in my opinion there is too little meat to them.

    I dried most of them to flakes, made some into hotsauces and have puttet someone in the freezer as well.

    Hope you will not be disappointed to them tho.
