I've been hitting the soups over the last week and making great progress breaking my plateau. Came here to say, give soups a try – they are super filling for a small amount of calories.

This one is a Thai Tom Yum Goong, modified with extra chicken and prawns for protein, and frozen beans/capsicums for volume.

Don't have a recipe handy but easy to find one online. I freeze these in single serve portions and it's an easy dinner for any night and tastes great. Super filling and lots of protein.
