It’s like a cheese steak with roast beef sandwich toppings. I’d definitely try it, and probably like it.

I wanna mix some jalapeños in with the mushrooms and peppers, but this thing looks like it slaps

Fantastic work! Love the shredded lettuce. Best way to do it IMO. ~~What’s with the mayo? Feels like weird product placement…~~
Edit: I see they are just a mayo fan like me and not a marketer.

Never heard of blue-plate mayo. The look of it in the bottle looks similar to the kewpie mayo in my fridge. What’s it taste like versus say the usual Kraft/Hellmann’s brands?
Sebastian_Ticklenips
My God, this is a sandwich. I kneel.
Dr-Retz
That looks excellent. However, there are so many other things to replace Mayonnaise, the pus of condiments.Fight me

Why, were they all out of Duke’s?

Why are people name dropping mayo? I get that there are varieties but it’s just mayo.

What kind of meat is that?

Hmm, why not cook the veggies first? This way you won’t overcook the steak. Or cook them at separate times.
BaronOfMelons
Sliced tomato is the unsung hero here ngl, perfectly refreshing contrast with the savory steak/cheese and thick bread. Might try shamelessly copying you and making one of these cuz this shit looks peak
HorseofTruth
Looks good but I didn’t like the way it was cooked, all me Stanley stickler but I’ll usually heat the vegetables down separately even the peppers than add it to the stake and cook together with cheese
Chef_Cheeto
Is blue plate the bomb? I’ve never had it before … only use dukes most days now
stefanica
Looks good. I would’ve sauteed the vegetables first, so the steak wouldn’t get overcooked, but I’d be happy to eat this.
