4 egg whites
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
Pinch salt, cinnamon, monk fruit sugar
2 scoops plain egg white protein powder

-Half whip your egg whites (if you over whip they become to airy and they are kind of bad then)
-add dry ingredients
-cook on low heat each side until golden and done!

My first time making protein pancakes and I’m quite happy either way them. I hope someone gives it a try

Well that sounds freaking delicious. Will definitely try.

I love how they’re fluffy. I do think the trick is the stiff peak egg whites. They provide the body and structure.

Looks like a touch more than a single gram of oil in the pan.

How many of pancakes does the full recipe make?

  5. Hey. Im more concerned about the way i cook them. How long/ whats the temperature for the heating of the pan before u do that? What kind of oi? When do u put the mix and how long the oil in the pan before that

  6. Looks phenomenal! Do you have a sense of how many grams of egg whites you use? Also do you grind the oats into flour or use them whole?

This looks great! I bought a protein pancake mix that taste alright but the texture is flat and crispy. Excited to try these!

I’ve never used an egg white protein powder. What brand do you like? What else do you use it for?

How much of the monk fruit sweetener are you using? just a pinch in the entire recipe?
