    Butter (from grass-fed cows)
    1 x onion, diced
    1 x bunch asparagus, chopped
    3 x cups peas (fresh or frozen)
    1 x tbsp thyme
    1 x tbsp sage
    2 x cups risotto rice (arborio)
    1 x splash white wine
    1 x Parmiggiano Reggiano (250g)
    2 x handfuls spinach
    Salt & black pepper to taste

    A great meal for the week before your period, or for hanging on to the end of summer with those fresh, summer flavours.
