

i've posted this question here a few times but i don't think i got my point across. i've attached photos to better describe my quandary. in the pink cells you will see the total of the entire recipe for this is 1 serving. if you take the total amount of carbs (7.4) and subtract from it the total fiber (11) you get a negative number or basically 0. however in the orange cells when adding the net carbs per each ingredient, the sum is different at 3.3. which is the accurate equation? to calculate based on the total recipe as shown in pink or the pre- calculated net as shown in orange?

If you are in the UK the value on the packs is already net carbs, you don’t subtract fibre as this is already done and fibre gets listed separately. Generally if the nutrition lists fibRE it’s already net carbs, if its fibER then you subtract to get net carbs
