Recipe from King Arthur Baking. Serving size is 1 slice (45g)—net carbs 4g per serving:

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups (420g) King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour
1 1/2 cups (340g) water, lukewarm
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 1/4 teaspoons (8g) table salt
2 tablespoons (28g) butter, softened

Knead all ingredients together and let rest for 15min. Transfer to a lined or greased loaf pan and cover. Let rise for 1 1/2 – 2hrs. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let fully cool before cutting.

    It looks great, I may try this some day, but for now it’s easier to buy the Aldi 0g net carb bread. I’m curious how much better this recipe tastes though.
