   In the spring time I have finally made my first ever pot of risotto, it was with red beets and spinach, and indeed very tasty.
   I am so happy to try the mushroom recipe you just gave, this is perfect for the fall ❤ our oldest cat is turning 7 on Tuesday and that will suit the occasion perfectly😊!
