Notes: I used the taco meat recipe as a substitute for the plant-based meat in the recipe.
For the pasta sheets, I doubled the recipe for the dough and I used 1 Tbsp of ground flax seeds and 1 Tbsb of ground psyllium husk instead of 2 Tbsp of flax seeds. I rolled the dough in the pasta recipe as thin as I could and cut it into sheets. Then I placed them in the form but made sure they are not overlapping.
I sprinkled some homemade parmesan on top after I took the lasagna out of the oven.
