Chicken alfredo with broccoli

I seared the steaks in a little olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Asparagus cooked with oil pepper and lemon juice (finished by adding some water for steaming) rice courtesy of costco.

For the alfredo I used these chickpea based protein noodles, they were awesome! Chicken thighs cooked with salt pepper cayenne. Alfredo sauce started with some butter to cook minced garlic, little flour to make a roux, half and half, heavy cream, then some pasta water, pepper, and finally parmesan cheese
