Did my first try at an Osso buco with polenta last weekend. Pretty happy with the result but would like a more tasty sauce next time!
Ingredients:
Pancetta
Veal shank
Leek
Carrots
Bouquet garni
White wine
Veal broth
Polenta:
Old fashioned way corn flour
Water
Heavy cream
Butter
Thyme
