Ingredients:
. 3 cups of rice
. 4 potatoes
. 500g ground beef
. 50g parsley
. an onion
. 1 cup of barberry
. walnuts
. 1 tbsp tomato paste
. spices such as salt, turmeric, black pepper and smoked paprika

recipe:
. rinse the rice and mix it with the chopped potatoes.
. add 1 tbsp salt and turmeric to it and 5 cups of water.
. cook it for 1.5 hours, then smash it and let it chill!
. chop an onion and the parsley, then smash some walnuts.
. start frying the onion and ground beef, then add 1 tbsp of each spice to it and keep frying for 10 minutes.
. then add the walnuts, parsley, and barberry and keep on frying for another 10 minutes.
. add the tomato paste and some water and cook it till the water evaporates.
. With an oily hand, shape your kibbes filled with the ground beef mixture.
. freeze them for 30 minutes and then fry them to enjoy!
