Color normally goes before the food actually goes bad in processed foods that don’t contain extreme amounts of food coloring.

It’s just due to the peppers. I have one of the newer ones that isn’t as green but is still not the OG color. Honestly it’s disappointing and nowhere near as spicy as it was, but I’m sure that’s a batch to batch variable. And seeing that it’s almost $8 is criminal.

The huy fong is disgusting either way. That kikoman is delicious and far superior. I also purchased underwood.
